Choosing a Cell Phone

There are many types of cell phones on the market today. It can be very overwhelming to review them all so it is important for you to decide what features are important to you in order to narrow down the available choices in cell phones.
The first question you should consider is what style of phone are you interested in? There are flip top phones or compact phones. There are pros and cons to both types, but you should consider your lifestyle and/or personal preference on which style is for you.
After choosing a basic style you should examine the available features for that phone. If any feature is important to you, be sure the phone you are considering has that feature. Today many phones include several features, such as vibration mode, internet access and ringtones. While others require additional monthly fees, such as caller ID, three way calling and call waiting.
Consider your cell phone usage when choosing a phone. If you are using it as your primary phone or for business you may want a phone with more features, a better battery life and a large, clear keypad. If you are only using your cell phone for emergencies these features may not be very important.
